MAIN COURSE
• Eye Fillet of Hereford Beef with salsa verde, ricotta stuffed baked tomato and fondant potatoes
• Olive powder crusted Lamb medallions served pink, mint and tomato salad, baba ghanoush, lemony roasted potatoes
• Free Range Chicken breast, marinated in honey and ginger on a mango salsa with saffron potatoes and rocket
