TO START
~ Soup of the Day served with Estate bread and local olive oil 
~ Soupe au Pistou served with Estate bread and local olive oil 
~ Warm salad of greens, broad beans, pancetta, mint and pea 
~ Preserved lemon and spring pea risotto, parmesan 
~ Salmon fishcakes on mesclun, dill aioli 
  
MAIN COURSE
~ Herb crusted fresh line caught fish of the day, celeriac purée, greens, baby potatoes 
~ Medallions of Sirloin of Beef, mushroom soufflé, asparagus, sauté potatoes, wine jus
~ Pistachio crusted noisettes of Texel Lamb, eggplant and feta timbale, lemon scented potato stack 
~ Ballotine of free range chicken stuffed with an asparagus mousse on a sage potato mash with greens 
~ Spring vegetable tartlet, wilted spinach, tomato confit, baby potatoes 
  
DESSERTS
~ Spiced pumpkin bread and butter pudding, caramel sauce, vanilla bean ice cream 
~ Dark chocolate torte, confit of orange, mascarpone, vanilla bean ice cream 
~ Frozen lemon mousse, candied lemon zest, lemon sauce, raspberry coulis 
~ Chai tea créme brulee, cinammon sable biscuit
~ Local Kingsmeade cheese plate with crackers, Pinot Noir wine jelly, dried fruits
